　　Cv：把我简历上的实习念了一遍然后问你觉得从哪个实习中得到什么东西，可以fit in this programme.

　　skills you think can fit in this programme: 感觉这个问题答的一开始有点乱，后面答的时候还是举了点例子不知道能不能弥补

　　motivation part

　　team work experience, what's the goal and how you able to achieve that and what did you do (说真的我很不习惯印度英语)

　　follow up: you said you are a motivator and self-motivated, so how you motivate yourself (这个follow-up问的还挺有水平)

　　follow up: what would you do to avoid the difficulty ? alternative ?

　　Teamwork

　　An example of working with deadline

　　follow-up: what did you do, your responsibility

　　FU:how did you pursuade others to accept your ideas.

　　what did you like about working in a team and your favorite working atmosphere

　　我觉得答题的时候最要注意的是，有的问题是follow在你之前讲的那个例子上的，所以是a series of questions.然后你在后面答题的时候还是要再多举出一些例子去support. 一开始我准备的时候是单独的例子在准备，后来看到了一篇面经发现很多都是follow-up question,所以补了一些想法，不过感觉还是没有讲出很多新的东西的样子，临时把那些单独的例子融合进了要回答的follow-up question.

　　这个HR面提问的感觉是相当的中规中矩，争取不犯错就好了，是个练习行为面试的好机会。然后貌似大部分HR姐姐都是印度人，对听力有点影响。但是她态度还蛮好。

　　如果有什么建议的话，那就是，注意逻辑、语速和关键词，然后就是例子+夸自己。虽然之前很细致准备过，也看了面经。但是我相信每个人没办法问的完全一样，希望我给的面经能帮助大家更多了解面试当中实际的情况，灵活的回答问题和应变。然后别紧张哈~~
